Our beliefs govern our lives. They can give us the conviction to pursue our heart’s desire, or they can demoralize us and cause us not to even try.

Unfortunately, a lot of us have beliefs that don’t push us forward, but hold us back. As a result, we spend our whole lives doing things that go against what we say we want. We say we want to lose weight, yet we go out to eat decadent meals every night. We say we want love, yet we close ourselves off. We say we want to build dynamic brands, yet we never take the consistent behaviors that will allow us to do that. We never connect our limiting behaviors to our limited beliefs.

The great thing about beliefs though, is that they can change. But often, for them to change, we must become aware of them in the first place. You see, we often take actions based on beliefs we are unaware we hold. And when the actions we are taking are detrimental to our health, happiness, and success, then it’s time to examine the beliefs that produce those actions.
